We offer both. Many of our clients start with a One-Off Deep Clean to bring their facility up to standard, and then transition to a Scheduled Maintenance Contract (weekly or monthly) to keep it that way. We can tailor a package to suit your specific budget and needs.

We provide a free, no-obligation site survey to assess the size of the area, the level of grime, and access requirements (e.g., high ceilings). For standard deep cleans, we usually require 3–5 working days' notice to arrange the crew and equipment. However, if you have an urgent requirement (such as an upcoming audit or a spill), please call us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate an emergency call-out.
This depends entirely on the size of your facility and the scope of work. A standard warehouse floor might take one day, whereas a full high-level structural clean could take several shifts. We will provide a detailed time estimate in your proposal so you can plan your logistics accordingly.
No. Our teams are led by experienced site supervisors who manage the entire process. Once we have access to the building and have agreed on the scope of work, you can leave us to it. We will provide a handover report upon completion.
